How does the online consultation work?
Choose a treatment and answer a short set of health questions. A UK prescriber reviews your answers and, if the treatment is suitable for you, issues a prescription that our pharmacy dispenses.
Is my information kept confidential?
Yes. Your consultation is only seen by our clinical team, and orders are sent in plain packaging with nothing on the outside to show what's inside.
How quickly will my order arrive?
Once approved, orders are dispatched with free tracked delivery, and next-day options are available at checkout.
