Melatonin 2mg

Melatonin is a medication used to treat nausea and jet lag. The medication contains an active ingredient of the same name. Melatonin is a naturally occurring hormone which helps to regulate your body clock for day and night and helps you sleep and wake up. Your biological body clock is commonly disrupted when travelling, especially when traveling by plane across different time zones. Symptoms differ between different individuals, but are often found to be a lot worse when you cross multiple time zones. Melatonin can help to reset your body clock to regulate your sleep/wake cycle and relieve the symptoms of jet lag.
