Genital warts appear as small lumps in the genital area which can sometimes affect your urination flow, for example peeing sideways. They are a sexually transmitted infection (STI) which can be passed through anal, vaginal and even sometimes oral sex. Although they are painless, they are contagious and its best to get them treated right away as soon as you notice them.
