Do not drink alcohol with Spedra as it can increase the chances of side effects.

Do not consume grapefruit or grapefruit juice 24 hours before taking a Spedra tablet as it can interact with the active ingredient avanafil.

Do not take more than one tablet a day.

Other medications can interfere with Spedra, do not take it if you are also taking medication for HIV or AIDs, nitrates, antifungals, antibiotics, or medication for hypertension.

Caution should be taken when taking Spedra if you have any of the following conditions:

• Heart problems such as angina, heart failure, heart disease or have had a heart attack
• If you have had a stroke
• High or low blood pressure
• A family history of eye conditions
• Liver or kidney problems
• Blood disorders
• A deformed penis
• Stomach ulcers
